Henry is a principal in the tax practice at Baker Newman Noyes, specializing in tax compliance and planning for partnerships, corporations, individuals and trusts. He is one of the founders of the firm, having previously worked at one of our predecessor firms since 1992.
As the firm’s real estate and construction practice leader, Henry has more than 30 years of experience in partnership taxation, including tax compliance, transactions and advisory services. Partnership advisory services includes, but is not limited to, cost segregation and purchase price allocations, review of partnership/LLC agreements, reporting and calculations of basic adjustments, tax credits, succession planning, merger and acquisitions and like kind exchanges.
He earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and history from the University of Southern Maine.
