Nick Amann is a senior tax manager specializing in multi-generational, owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals. His primary focus is on operating S-corporations and partnerships in the manufacturing and consumer products industries. Nick strives to develop close relationships with his clients in order to understand their personal and business needs. He joined the firm in 2023, having previously served as a tax supervisor at a large national CPA firm.

Nick prides himself on providing professional, timely communication, and taking the time to truly understand each client’s business and tax needs so he can deliver effective, practical solutions. He finds fulfillment in solving problems and helping people, both in his professional work and everyday life, and appreciates that BNN’s diverse client base offers endless opportunities to do both. In addition to working with clients, Nick enjoys coaching and mentoring staff, finding satisfaction in watching them develop and grow throughout their careers. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to take complex, technical information and communicate it in a way that clients can easily understand and appreciate, helping them feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Nick received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

  • I am an avid sailor and love to spend my free time sailing my boat in Boston harbor.
  • I’ve played guitar for most of my life and used to be in a band.
  • I grew up on Lake Winnipesaukee and love to visit family there as often as I can.
