Jace Baker

Jace Baker is a Senior Talent Coordinator with the firm’s people team. She supports the firm’s talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, with a primary focus on campus recruiting, student engagement, and employer branding. Jace organizes and attends career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives, connecting students with internship and full-time opportunities at BNN. She also leads the firm’s annual three-day Culture & Career Summit, a program designed to connect undergraduate students pursuing careers in accounting with firm professionals through networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities. In addition, Jace oversees the onboarding experience for all incoming employees, managing the process from signed offer letter through their first day.
