Nathalia is an assurance senior manager at Baker Newman Noyes specializing in audit services for financial institutions, other financial services clients, and employee benefit plans. She has extensive experience working with a diverse client base, including community banks, credit unions, mutual holding companies, and SEC registrants, including a number of institutions with over $1 billion in assets.
Nathalia’s experience includes supporting clients in financial statement audits, technical accounting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and with internal control reporting requirements under SOX 404 and FDICIA reporting. She works closely with clients to provide practical guidance on evolving accounting and financial reporting requirements. Nathalia is recognized for her strong technical knowledge and for her collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
In addition to serving clients, Nathalia contributes to the development and delivery of training programs focused on banking and financial services topics.
Nathalia earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, with a concentration in accounting, from Curry College.
