Baker Newman Noyes (BNN) strongly believes in maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. We support this through our variety of benefits including the ones you expect (vacation time, paid holidays and sick days, health, dental, disability insurances).  Our people are important to us so we don’t stop there.  We also offer benefits you might not expect: pet insurance, paid parental leave, a profit sharing plan, and a company match to the 401(k).

We also know that what happens in the office matters, too.  We have a “dress for your day” policy that means you can wear business casual to the office if you’re not seeing clients.  Want to stand while you work?  We can do that.  We offer the option of sitting-height desks, or standing-height — ergonomics are important when you’re working in an office.  When we get to busy season, we offer catered dinners, massages, and healthy snacks, among other things, to make it easier.  Outside of busy season, we have firm events and various team outings to get to know each other better and spend some time together out of the office.
