Tabitha is a principal in the firm’s tax practice with expertise in both the corporate and individual tax realms. She specializes in corporate and multi-state taxation of businesses, with a particular focus on financial institutions. She has experience with financial products taxation, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state taxation, and stock compensation, as well as shareholder tax compliance and consulting and ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109).
In addition, Tabitha specializes in working with high income and high net wealth executives and families, including business owners, on tax compliance and a variety of tax planning, including estate planning.
Tabitha believes in a team approach and works closely with a client’s key personnel and other advisors to find tailored solutions to meet their goals. She is a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex tax situations.
Prior to joining BNN, Tabitha spent seven years at an international firm and a regional firm.
Tabitha earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business from Husson University and a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University.
