2019 HH PPS Proposed Rule
CMS recently released the CY 2019 HH PPS proposed rule for public review and comment. The rule contains, among other changes, proposals for the recalibration of case-mix weights, the rebasing of the home health market basket, updates to payment rates, and changes from the current case-mix calculation methodology to a Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) starting in CY 2020.
