Mark Audi Published in September Edition of MassCPAs SUM News
The Massachusetts Society of CPAs published an article by Mark Audi on the value of returning to the office. Audi’s article, “Keeping the Door Open: The Value of Returning to the Office,” is part of a special section in the September issue on hybrid employees and returning to in-person work after the pandemic.
“As leaders, we must be adaptable, open to feedback and clear in our communications about why returning to the workplace in some capacity is best for our employees, clients, and communities. We need to create new value in the in-person experience, because if we return to the office and simply sit behind our computers all day, our employees will (rightly) wonder why they had to come back in the first place.”
