Our Women's Committee and Opportunities for Women
Women have been at the core of BNN’s growth and culture since our founding.
Today, the BNN Women’s Committee continues efforts in service of our mission to empower and inspire women through mentorship, relationship building, and educational gatherings to build a meaningful and fulfilling path.
The BNN Women’s Committee seeks to:
- Foster collaboration and support amongst women at the firm
- Enhance our presence as women leaders in the communities where we live, work, and serve clients
- Elevate confidence and skills through events, group sessions, mentoring, and open dialogue.
- Prioritize the growth and development to increase the opportunities for female representation at the leadership level at BNN and as leaders in our industries
- Drive engaging conversations across the firm related to women’s advancement and common struggles in the workplace
