BNN wins Excellence in Client Experience Award from Client Savvy

Baker Newman Noyes, a top 100 accounting and advisory firm, received the Excellence in Client Experience Bronze Award from Client Savvy, being among an elite group of professional services firms that consistently excel at aligning with expectations and delivering experiences clients would highly recommend to others. The evaluation factors in a range of performance criteria, allowing firms to achieve recognition a variety of ways based on their individual strengths. Broadly, the factors fall into two categories: (1) Client Outcomes and (2) Engagement.

In the most recent client feedback survey, the firm received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 77% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 48%.
