James Guarino was recently quoted in an Accounting Today article by Roger Russell about the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. “There does not appear to be all that many provisions that would have a direct impact on most individuals, at least as initially proposed,” he said. “That said, there are provisions that would impact particular taxpayers, both corporate and individual, as well as those concerned about drug pricing and energy and climate incentives.”
