BNN has a diverse practice that includes clients in specialized service industry areas such as law and other professional services organizations. We serve as auditors, consultants, and tax advisors for many law firms, architectural and engineering firms, investment managers and others in the professional services arena.

Joan joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2004, and had also worked previously for one of our predecessor companies. She is a Principal in the firm’s Tax Division specializing in federal and state individual, corporate and partnership tax filings.
