Zach is a senior manager in the information systems and risk assurance practice at Baker Newman Noyes. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with strong experience conducting SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, and outsourced internal audits. Zach serves a variety of clients, including public and private banks, healthcare organizations, and publicly-traded financial services institutions. Zach is also a member of BNN’s ESG service group. He has been with the firm since 2015, having previously worked as a mutual fund accountant at a third-party fund administrator.
Zach is an Honors College graduate from the University of Maine, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, summa cum laude, with a concentration in finance. He has also recently completed certificates in Data Analytics Core Concepts, Fundamentals of ESG, and Advanced SOC for Service Organizations from AICPA.
