Tom Widman, CPA, MST

Tom is a principal in the tax practice, specializing in serving C Corporations. He works with both privately-held and public companies of all sizes. Tom services clients in a wide variety of industries assisting them with designing and implementing tax effective corporate structures and assisting with income tax accounting and internal control documentation. He is also well-versed in advising clients on merger and acquisitions to help companies meet their goals. Prior to joining BNN in 2018, Tom spent 10 years at a Big 4 firm in Boston.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in corporate finance and accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University.
