Tom joined Baker Newman Noyes as a tax principal in January 2015 with the rest of the William Steele & Associates team. He focuses on serving S corporations, partnerships, and their owners, especially when it comes to complex federal and state income tax matters. Clients turn to Tom because of his vast experience structuring business acquisitions, mergers, and sale transactions to minimize taxes.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from the California State University Fullerton, and his Master of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University. In 2011, he was appointed to the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy by the Governor.
Three Things You Don’t Know About Me
- I grew up in southern California, fell in love with a girl from the west side of Manchester, which is how I ended up in New Hampshire.
- I have five children, all boys.
- I spend the vast majority of my free time during daylight hours outdoors… either golfing, hunting or fishing.
