Samantha is an assurance advisory consultant at Baker Newman Noyes. She specializes in delivering auditing services to both public and private companies in the biotechnology and life sciences companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Samantha had more than 5 years of experience working on audit engagements and providing outsourced accounting and financial management consulting services to a variety of organizations in various industries.
Sam has a particular focus in the area of internal controls, serving some of our largest internal control compliance engagements, specializing in detailed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
