Meghan is a senior in the business and technology advisory practice at BNN. In her position at BNN, she supports clients with project management, program development, system selection and implementation, and process redesign.
She brings more than a decade of experience leading technology implementations, project and program management efforts, and operational improvement initiatives. Meghan partners with clients to align business goals, technology strategy, and execution—supporting system selection and implementation, process redesign, governance development, and cross-functional change initiatives.
Prior to joining BNN, Meghan served as a project manager for an integrated health system in Maine. Her responsibilities included providing leadership, support, direction and focus for facilitating the planning, implementation, and post implementation phases of strategic projects.
She received a bachelor’s degree in health management and policy from the University of New Hampshire.
