Madeleine is a Transfer Pricing Manager at Baker Newman Noyes, specializing in providing transfer pricing compliance and consulting services to support clients with U.S. and international operations. She brings specific experience in analyzing and documenting clients’ cross-border intercompany transactions and pricing policies and providing value chain transformation services to support clients in optimizing their business, tax, and legal operating models.
Madeleine takes a highly personalized approach to transfer pricing, believing that effective solutions begin with a deep understanding of each client’s business operations and commercial goals. Clients can expect her to take the time to build genuine connections, understand their unique circumstances, and clearly explain transfer pricing concepts, why they matter, and how they apply to the business. She provides hands-on support throughout every stage of an engagement, from understanding a client’s commercial reality and developing tailored transfer pricing strategies to implementing those solutions with well-documented, defensible positions that can withstand scrutiny from tax authorities.
Madeleine’s path to transfer pricing began while earning her economics degree at Villanova University, when she was encouraged to explore the field and discovered how well her economics background aligned with transfer pricing and developed an appreciation for the international nature of the work. Since then, she has collaborated with clients and advisors around the world, gaining valuable insight into how businesses operate across different markets and jurisdictions. One of her favorite aspects of her role is the opportunity to work with clients across a wide range of industries, including software, technology, industrial products, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining BNN in 2024, Madeleine was a transfer pricing senior at a Big 4 firm in Boston. Madeleine earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University.
Three Things You Don't Know About Me:
- I love music more than anything and go to as many concerts as possible. My all time favorite artist is The 1975.
- I love spin class and try to go at least once a week.
- I have four siblings that I am very close with. We all got the travel bug passed down from our parents and try to go on trips together a couple of times a year, whether it be to the Cape for the weekend or out of the country!
