Krystal is a senior manager at Baker Newman Noyes, specializing in the information systems and risk assurance practice. She has considerable experience conducting system and organization controls (SOC) examinations, including ICFR SOC 1 and Trust Services Criteria (SOC 2), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and IT general controls reviews.

She works with a variety of clients – both public and private – with a particular focus on the financial institutions and in the technology industry, such as financial institution services bureaus, regional banks, and software-as-as service providers. Krystal joined the firm in 2014.

Krystal earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a concentration in international business, from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
