Grace is an experienced audit manager in the assurance practice at Baker Newman Noyes, serving nonprofit and healthcare organizations. She specializes in financial statement and single audits, with a focus on organizations navigating federal funding, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.

Grace advises clients on financial reporting, Uniform Guidance compliance, internal controls, and grant compliance. She enjoys solving challenging problems, improving processes, and helping organizations meet regulatory requirements while staying focused on their mission. Grace is committed to being prepared, responsive, and straightforward in every client interaction, believing that good planning and early communication make the audit process more efficient and successful for everyone involved. She has always enjoyed understanding how things work and solving complex problems, which led her to a career in public accounting where she has the opportunity to do both while working with a diverse range of organizations and people.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo. She is licensed as a CPA in Oregon and New York.
