Erica joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2021 as a senior advisor in the Healthcare Advisory Group. With more than 20 years working in healthcare operations and management, Erica has managed projects from concept to completion, designed education and coaching materials, and executed individualized patient Financial Navigation to mitigate pricing complexity surrounding patient care. The financial navigation programs designed by Erica have saved hospitals thousands of dollars in cost avoidance and denial prevention. Erica specializes in revenue cycle, patient access process improvement and redesign and has extensive knowledge in government and commercial payer guidelines.
Prior to joining BNN, Erica was a manager of oncology services at a regional hospital in New Hampshire. In this role she managed the overall operations of the service line group, including multiple accreditations, relationships between the executive team, medical professionals, providers, and other areas of the hospital.
