Dan is a manager in the BNN’s tax practice. He specializes in corporate income tax accounting under ASC 740, corporate tax planning and compliance, and international and state and local tax compliance. He has helped a variety of innovative organizations in the technology/SAAS sectors navigate the complex and rapidly evolving tax landscape.
Dan has bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hamsphire.
