Andrea is a Human Resource Business Partner at Baker Newman Noyes. In this role, she focuses on advising and supporting businesses in the areas of performance management, leadership coaching, workforce planning, talent review & succession planning, career advancement, compensation and employee relations. Before joining BNN in 2025, Andrea served as an HRBP at a sustainable energy company and previously worked as an accountant at a big four firm.
Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island.
Three Things You Don't Know About Me:
- Spanish is my first language, and I grew up visiting family in Medellín, Colombia. I'm raising my kids to share that same bond with our language and roots!
- I love a good snack, and I’m still proud of my high school superlative: “Most Likely to Eat Your Food.”
- I started my career in accounting before transitioning into HR, which means I still get excited about a good spreadsheet.
