A unique 3-day experience that answers your questions about a career in accounting

Considering a career in accounting or advisory? Our 3-day Culture & Career Summit is a “pre-internship” event for undergraduate students to meet firm leaders and team members; explore care

Experiences and conversations, not lectures

During the Summit, you will meet tax, assurance, and advisory professionals at different experience levels to ask questions and develop an understanding of firm structure and services. You’ll also enjoy local cultural and culinary offerings through social outings with BNN staff, and hear about the firm’s deep culture of community service by spending a day volunteering for a local nonprofit.

This was the first event I have attended that truly got me excited about life after college and what I want to do once I graduate. Before attending the Summit, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be an accountant, and after those three days I do not want to work anywhere besides BNN.

Who we are and who we’ve been

As one of the leading accounting and advisory firms in the Northeast, BNN is proud of our history, our people, and our commitment to exceptional client service.

Do the right thing. Care about others.

At BNN, giving back to our communities is part of our core values, and we carry those values into this program. Since the first year of the Culture & Career Summit, we have dedicated one full day of the program to volunteering at a local nonprofit. Interns and BNN employees team up and get to work packing and delivering lunches at soup kitchens, cleaning up grounds and facilities at children’s camps, and more!
