Lauren Litchfield, PMP

Senior Advisor


Lauren is a senior advisor in BNN’s advisory practice, where she applies more than nine years of experience in project management, information technology, and business process improvement to her role. She provides clients support with strategic planning, governance and operational structure, program development, system selection and implementation, and process redesign. Clients turn to Lauren for help with project management to support the execution of tactical and strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities to optimize operational and technology practices. She has a demonstrated history of success supporting a variety of businesses and industries with her robust skill set.

Prior to joining BNN, Lauren worked at a Boston-based hospital in IT where she helped lead system implementations and optimization efforts, and in operations as a project manager executing on organization’s key initiatives to support their strategic goals.

Lauren received a bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.

  • I grew up in New Jersey, I love living in the NH Seacoast now but miss good pizza and bagels.
  • My perfect day includes a delicious latte and a long walk, preferably on the beach.
