Erica is a manager in BNN’s advisory practice. With more than 20 years working in healthcare operations and management, Erica has managed projects from concept to completion, designed education and coaching materials, and executed individualized patient Financial Navigation to mitigate pricing complexity surrounding patient care. The financial navigation programs designed by Erica have saved hospitals thousands of dollars in cost avoidance and denial prevention.
While Erica has extensive knowledge in process improvement and redesign for healthcare organizations, she also specializes in change, vendor, and project management for all business sectors. She has successfully negotiated contracts, managed vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and overseen complex projects from inception to completion. Her expertise in providing change management strategies allows organizations to adapt to new processes and technologies smoothly, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption. In addition to her work serving clients, Erica also serves as co-chair of BNN’s Women’s Committee.
Prior to joining BNN, Erica served as the manager of Oncology and Surgical Oncology Services at a regional hospital in New Hampshire. In this role, she was responsible for the operations of both service lines, overseeing multiple accreditations and managing relationships among the executive team, medical professionals, providers, and other hospital departments.
