Denis is a principal in the firm’s healthcare advisory practice with a focus on providing reimbursement services to hospitals, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, home offices, nursing homes and home health agencies. He specializes in cost reports, third-party reimbursements reviews, operational evaluations, Medicaid DSH, financial feasibility and regulatory appeals for both Medicare and Medicaid.

Denis joined Baker Newman Noyes in 2005 after several years with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services. He has worked with clients in the healthcare industry for more than 23 years and across the continuum of care, from large hospitals to small nursing homes. He helps clients navigate complex reimbursement and operational challenges.

Denis earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Bryant College.
