In her current role as a Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Senior Manager, Chelsea delivers strategic financial guidance and customized accounting solutions to a diverse client portfolio. She brings technical accounting expertise and strong leadership to ensure high-quality service, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Chelsea manages key client relationships, offers proactive financial advisory support and identifies new business opportunities to drive growth. Her responsibilities include financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting and forecasting, and ongoing advisory support. Chelsea is adept at adapting to different industries, ERP systems, and unique client needs, while proactively resolving challenges and supporting her team.
Before joining BNN, Chelsea served as a senior manager at an AI-powered retail marketplace platform, overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Her career also includes more than three years of experience providing outsourced accounting and financial management consulting services to a variety of organizations in the metro D.C. area.
Chelsea earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
