Tax Law Update for Planned Giving and Philanthropy
Kelly Pelletier and Nick Porto will be presenting at Maine Planned Giving Council Annual Conference on September 18 with Griffin Leschefske from Pierce Atwood. The three will summarize and discuss the current income, gift, and estate tax landscape with a focus on developments and opportunities for effective planned giving. This session will include practical discussion of real-life tax and estate planning issues and strategies with the goal of assisting planned giving professionals identify giving opportunities and have informed conversations with potential donors and their advisors.
