At BNN, professional development is key to promoting employee satisfaction and building meaningful careers. In many cases, it is also a requirement of the industries in which we serve. We provide a range of learning opportunities inside and outside of the firm.
Mentoring new staff is a vital process for developing talent. Mentors are assigned before your first day on the job and it doesn’t stop there. In-house seminars are given by manager-level staff, and can satisfy many CPE requirements and attendance at outside seminars and conferences is supported as well.
BNN’s mentor/mentee program assisted in my seamless transition from college life to the start of my public accounting career. It has benefited me to have a mentor I can go to at any time to discuss issues, concerns, but most importantly the opportunities to advance my career with the firm.

We will support and assist new employees through the phases of their professional development to enrich their careers at BNN. This includes covering costs of certain CPA study and test materials and, in some cases, providing financial incentives for the successful completion of certain educational benchmarks. BNN also offers a tuition reimbursement benefit.
We want you to succeed and we provide the support structure for you to do just that.
