Shelli is a talent acquisition specialist with the firm’s people team. She manages all recruiting and staffing initiatives at BNN. Shelli works with firm and practice leaders to support BNN’s growth through strategic hires, focusing on experienced/senior hires. She specializes in identifying new candidates, creative engagement and networking with potential hires, and improving efficiencies in the overall recruitment process.
Prior to joining the firm, Shelli served as a talent acquisition specialist within the operational mortgage space, and as a recruiting manager specializing in securing permanent placements for accounting and business operations professionals. In each of her roles, Shelli has served as a full-cycle recruiter, building relationships with hiring managers, administration teams, and candidates. By developing a strong understanding of needs and goals, she helps align candidates with the right role to ensure overall success.
Shelli earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Westfield State University.
