Jeff Wheeler, CPA

Jeff is an assurance principal who joined Baker Newman Noyes after spending many years with Arthur Andersen. Jeff provides leadership to the firm as a member of the firm’s management committee as well as the assurance practice’s Quality Control and Training Committees. He specializes in serving family businesses, as well as private equity and venture-backed entities in the high technology, manufacturing and distribution and service industries. He also serves the investment and nonprofit industries. Jeff routinely assists his clients with mergers and acquisitions, financing, and complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition and equity transactions. He also has extensive employee benefit plan experience.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University, with highest honors.
