Steven is a senior manager in the firm’s risk and business advisory practice specializing in operations and information systems development in both financial and non-financial environments. Steven’s experience includes developing long-term software solutions, manual process reengineering, and managing project teams at all levels of business and technical staff. He joined the firm in 2018, having previously been with a global IT services company based in South Africa. He has worked for and served global and multi-national companies for most of his career, including in positions overseas.
Clients turn to Steven for help with budget management, information management, end-to-end life cycle management, and creative problem solving in a variety of corporate scenarios. He has worked with companies across the U.S. and beyond on improving internal efficiencies, creating and executing mitigation strategies, and building and implementing custom user-experience tools.
Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems management, with a concentration in accounting and management studies, from the University of Maryland. In February 2019, he completed a three-month executive certification program on “Business Analytics: From Data to Insights” at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Steven enjoys regular cycle classes, yardwork, and spending time with his two sons, family, and friends.
