
Colleen has been with Baker Newman Noyes since 2008, specializing in tax planning and compliance for individuals, trusts and estates. In addition, she works with a variety of clients advising and assisting with their international tax issues.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in History and German from Bowdoin College, a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and a LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law.
