Amanda is a manager in the audit practice at Baker Newman Noyes. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked within the Assurance practice at a Big 4 firm, gaining experience participating in the integrated audits of public companies following SEC guidelines for financial statement presentation and disclosures.

At BNN, Amanda has experience with evaluating risk assessment, assisting with financial reporting, and evaluating and implementing best practices while leading engagement teams to the completion of annual private company audits in commercial industries, banking and financial institutions, as well as a variety of benefit plans. She has also assisted companies in an internal audit capacity testing the design and operating effectiveness as well as identifying enhancements of a company’s internal control environment. In addition to serving clients, Amanda is a member of the BNN Training Committee, BNN Intern Planning Committee and BNN Women’s Steering Committee.

She earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in accounting from University of Massachusetts Amherst from the Isenberg School of Management and has a minor in education.
