Charlie is the Managing Principal of Baker Newman Noyes. He specializes in advising publicly held and international companies, multi-state businesses, closely held corporations and shareholders. Ellie is a Tax Principal with Baker Newman Noyes. Her specialty is taxation and personal financial consulting for high
wealth individuals and families. Scott is an Audit Principal with the firm. He provides
audit and accounting services to commercial businesses. Peter is a Principal in BNN's Tax Division. He specializes in tax planning for family-owned businesses, and assists with growth and succession issues. Carl is a Principal in our Audit Division specializing
in financial institutions, higher education, and quasi-governmental agencies. Drew is a Tax Principal with BNN and specializes in the
areas of employee benefits and assisting tax-exempt organizations. Vinal is a Principal in and Director of the Healthcare Management Consulting Division at BNN. Among his specialties are Medicare and third party reimbursement, exceptions, appeals, benchmarking and hospital-based physician reimbursement. Bill is a Principal in BNN's Audit Division specializing in healthcare organizations, not-for-profit entities and commercial and privately held companies. Karl is the Managing Principal of BNN's New Hampshire offices located in Manchester and Portsmouth Principal. He specializes in corporate tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, FAS 109 and FIN 48. Tim is a Principal in BNN's Tax Division.
Among his specialties are federal and state corporate, partnership
and individual tax compliance and planning. Paul is a Principal in the firm’s Healthcare Management Consulting Division and Director of the Management Consulting Division. He specializes in financial reporting, healthcare reimbursement payment systems, strategy and planning. Joe is a Tax Principal. He also specializes in financial and income tax planning, income tax accounting methods and sales and use tax issues. Stuart is a Principal in BNN’s Tax Division. He focuses on international tax compliance and consulting for both business and individual clients. He specializes in managing the compliance, income tax accounting and consulting for multi-state and international corporations.
Roland is a Principal in BNN's Healthcare Management
Consulting Division. Among his specialties are third-party reimbursement
and finance and operational reviews for hospitals, and other Provider entities. Pat is a Principal of the firm and Director of the Information Technology Consulting Division. He specializes in information technology controls, financial institutions, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and AICPA SAS 70. Pat also has specialized expertise in Healthcare IT, particularly in the areas of ARRA stimulus and HITECH. Tom is an Audit Principal and he specializes in working with healthcare and not-for-profit entities. Roger is a Principal in the Tax Division specializing in financial services, corporations, individual taxation and tax advocacy. Henry is a Tax Principal at BNN and he specializes
in tax compliance and planning in the partnership, corporate, individual
and trust areas. He also has expertise in the real estate field. Donna is a Principal in the firm's Tax Division specializing in individual, estate and trust tax matters, and personal financial planning. Greg is an Audit Principal at BNN and specializes in
employee benefit plans, manufacturing and construction companies, from
international in size to closely-held. Joan is a Principal in the firm's
Tax Division specializing in federal and state individual, corporate
and partnership tax filings. Mike is a Principal of the firm and the Director of Tax Services. He specializes in corporate, partnership and individual tax planning. Mike is responsible for tax services provided to clients in the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Denise is a Principal of the firm and Director of Audit
Services. Among her specialties are financial services companies, commercial
businesses, government and not-for-profit sectors, and employee benefit
plans. Peter is a Principal in the firm’s Audit Division. Peter has extensive experience providing audit and advisory services to our employee benefit plan clients. Jeremy is an Audit Principal. He specializes in financial services and health care entities, manufacturing companies and governmental and not-for-profit sectors. Jeff is a Principal in the firm's Audit Division specializing in high technology, manufacturing and distribution, service, investment, construction and not-for-profit industries.
