Vinal joined Baker Newman Noyes in 1996 after working for many years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a federal government senior auditor with the Medicare Program.

Bill began with Baker Newman Noyes in 1995 when the firm was founded having previously worked at our predecessor companies Newman, Noyes and Associates and Ernst & Young. He is a Principal in BNN’s Audit Division specializing in healthcare organizations, not-for-profit entities and commercial and privately held companies.
