Mentoring new staff is a vital process for developing talent. Mentors are assigned before your first day on the job.

In-house seminars are given by manager-level staff, and can satisfy many of the CPE requirements for the business. Outside industry seminars and conferences are utilized as well. BNN also offers a tuition reimbursement benefit.

We have developed training and education guidelines specific for each area of focus based on industry standards. We will support and assist new employees through the phases of their professional development to enrich their careers at BNN. This includes covering costs of certain CPA study and test materials and, in some cases, providing financial incentives for the successful completion of certain educational benchmarks.
