Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Tax Advisory Services for mid-size companies
• Management responsibility of tax compliance for complex S/C-Corporations, Partnerships and Sole Proprietorships (including supervising staff, reviewing work papers and tax returns, reviewing tax provisions on audit and review engagements, researching and resolving technical issues for a wide range of issues for individual, corporate and Partnership entities)
• Business Development
• Staff supervision and development

Qualifications

• Experienced client service professional
• Well-rounded tax knowledge
• CPA Licensed Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (MST or JD/LLM are pluses)
• 5+ Years Public Accounting Experience
• Ability to develop staff
• Proven Business Development Track Record
