Marty is one of the founders of Baker Newman Noyes, having previously
worked for Newman, Noyes & Associates and Ernst and Young since
1970; he became a partner in Arthur Young (predecessor to Ernst & Young)
in 1986. Marty served as Office Audit Director for each of these
firms.
He is a Principal in BNN's Audit Division specializing in
commercial businesses, financial institutions, SEC-reporting entities,
not-for-profit entities, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues,
and financing alternatives.
Marty earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Maine.
