Vinal joined Baker Newman Noyes in 1996 after working for many years
at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a federal government senior auditor
with the Medicare Program.
He is a Principal in BNN's Healthcare Management Consulting Division
and the Coordinator of the Medicare Reimbursement practice. Vinal specializes
in Medicare and third party reimbursement, exceptions, appeals, benchmarking
and hospital-based physician reimbursement. He has appeared several times
before the CMS Provider Reimbursement Review Board.
Vinal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Norwich University, and an MBA from Thomas College.
