Paul is one of the founders of Baker Newman Noyes having previously worked with Ernst & Young beginning in 1983. Prior to entering public accounting, he served as CFO at a multi-level healthcare provider.

He is a principal in the firm's Healthcare Consulting Division specializing in financial reporting, healthcare reimbursement, payment systems, corporate restructuring revenue cycle, and strategy and planning. Paul served as Director of BNN's Management Consulting Division until 2009, and is a former member of the firm’s management committee.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
