Merrill joined BNN in 2009 after having worked at the firm previously from 1995 until 2004. He is a Senior Manager in the Tax Division specializing in corporate and shareholder taxation, with a focus on multi-state tax issues. Merrill also has significant sales and use tax compliance experience.

Prior to returning to BNN, Merrill worked with IDEXX Laboratories and Wright Express, where he was primarily responsible for state tax compliance and planning.

Merrill earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with high distinction, in Business Administration from Husson University, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Thomas College.
