Joe is one of the founders of Baker Newman Noyes, having been with KPMG, one of our predecessor organizations, since 1969.

Joe provides leadership to the firm as the Managing Principal of our New Hampshire offices located in Manchester and Portsmouth. In addition, he specializes in financial and income tax planning, income tax accounting methods and sales and use tax issues.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Husson College.
