Denise is one of the founders of Baker Newman Noyes, having previously
been with KPMG since 1978. She is a Principal of the firm and Director
of Audit Services.
In addition to providing leadership to BNN as Director of Audit
Services, she specializes in financial services companies, commercial
businesses, government and not-for-profit sectors, and employee benefit
plans. She also has expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions,
internal controls and regulatory filings.
Denise earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Southern Maine.
